Synopsis:
On the open road, three queer friends in three cars are separated by an unexpected fork in the road. From the surprise journey, the friends encounter a butch mermaid, Frida Kahlo, a fabulous companion, and a sense of queer pride. A short with heart, fantasy, and a whole lot of yarn.

About Daniel Sterlin-Altman
Daniel Sterlin-Altman is a Toronto-born stop-motion animation filmmaker and a graduate of the Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema. Sterlin-Altman creates short, absurd, and comedic animated films exploring family, queer identity, and tragedy through humour. His films and commissioned works have screened in festivals internationally, including Trickfilm Animation Festival, Anima Brussels, Inside Out LGBT Film Fest, and Outfest LA. His recent short, Hi, It's Your Mother, has been awarded a Staff Pick on Vimeo. Daniel currently lives in Toronto.
