Tarboz, a hard-working intergalactic trash collector, lives on a planet with a powerful garbage-attracting magnetic field. When he finds a special crystal during one of his daily clean up runs, he begins to see his world in a new and perturbing light.

A notorious homebody, Chad VanGaalen is well known for rarely leaving his rickety house in Calgary, endlessly drawing, recording and making art. In addition to being a well known musician, he is a celebrated visual artist, VanGaalen is widely renowned for his illustration and animation work.  He has animated music videos for folks like J Mascis, Guster, and Holy Fuck, and his videos have been collectively viewed well over a million times on YouTube.

Years in the making, this action-packed adventure will keep you on the edge of your seat asking for more. With characters and a world that ignite the imagination unlike anything before. Fans of traditional 2D animation are in for a treat, as Nova Seed  has been entirely hand drawn frame by frame by director Nick DiLiberto.  

Born and raised in Canada, Nick DiLiberto always had a passion for drawing and film-making. Graduating with Honours from the Sheridan College Classical Animation program he began his career in the video game industry. After working his way up to ‘Lead Animator’ he moved to Japan where he worked as ‘Animation Director’. Now founder of his own animation studio "Gorgon Pictures Inc.", he has Produced and Directed his first fully 2D hand drawn animated feature film "NOVA SEED".
