Animation Celebration
Animation Celebration offers Ottawa-area elementary school children (ages 6–12) an introduction to the art of animation. This year, we take a look at the work of NFB animator Cordell Barker. Best known for his film The Cat Came Back, Mr. Barker will be present to talk to students about making animation.
La Célébration de l’animation offre aux élèves des écoles primaires de la région d’Ottawa (âgés de 6 à 12 ans) une initiation à l’art de l’animation. Cette année nous prenons un regard sur l’oeuvre de l’animateur de l’ONF Cordell Barker. Mieux connu pour son film The Cat Came Back, M. Barker sera sur place pour entretenir les étudiants de la façon de faire un film d’animation.
