• A letter on company letterhead from your assigning editor confirming your assignment(s) and outline the company’s intention to publish or air your reports; and
• Sample clips (or tapes, links, summaries, etc.) of your coverage, with by-lines and dates, if you were accredited last year. DO NOT assume that we have these on file. If you are new to the OIAF, include three sample stories or comparable coverage published during the last twelve months.
