| John Halfpenny has been prominent on the Canadian animation scene for more than thirty years. He has been a designer, art director, animator, writer, musician, actor and director. As a director, John's shows have received many honours from the Pompidou Centre to Cartoons on the Bay, from the Ottawa Animation Festival to a victory at Annecy for best television program for Angela Anaconda. Other credits as a director include Stickin' Around, Eek the Cat and Beetlejuice. Over the years, John has learned one thing. Never judge a book by its story. |
