| Yuichi Ito was born in Tokyo and graduated from the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music, General Design Course. In 1998, he established and became the president of I.TOON Ltd. For his animations, Yuichi uses various techniques focusing on clay animation and directs TV animation programs, commercials and music videos. His outstanding work “KNYACKI!” (NHK Educational television) won an award of excellence at the 1st Media Arts Festival held by the Agency of Cultural Affairs in 1997.
