| Ülo Pikkov was born in 1976, in Tallinn, Estonia, and graduated from the Turku School of Art and Media (Finland) in 1998. Amongst prizes and awards for his numerous animated films, Pikkov graduated from the Institute of Law, University of Tartu in 2005. He continues to receive international recognition for his strong contributions to animated film. |
