The criteria for the competition emphasizes unique and creative approaches to animation. We are not interested in schools that use education solely as a means of nurturing commercial expressions within limit modes of expression (ie. cel or digital animation). Instead, were are interested in institutions that encourage their students to use diverse techniques and imaginative and personal conceptual approaches.
